In the fourth part of the series Pastor Michael introduces the importance of sonship and how the distinction must be made between being performative and being genuinely surrendered to the father's authority. How tradition can move us away from God and by so doing be a hindrance to others to have that relationship. This teaching contrasted with Jesus's live as a son, how he, for example, was concern for the welfare of his mother even when he was on the cross, but enabled his obedience and submission to be seen in sonship whilst being obedient even to the death of the cross in honouring his mother on earth and his heavenly father.
